Processing Time 

Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while engraved or custom orders may take 3-5 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to email address left for the order notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Many factors can affect transportation time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within the time frame.

Customs, Taxes and Duties

Customers are responsible for customs taxes, duties or import charges. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note that these charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
